Tivo not recording

I just noticed this last night and again tonight.  I have a Season Pass to record the Two and a Half Men on Ch 18.  Only the 6am episode recorded.  I double checked the Season pass, it is for First Runs and Repeats.  And come 6:30, no other tuner is recording anything.  Does anyone have this issue to or any suggestions on what to do?

Oh also the signal is just fine, so no issues with that.

If you pull up the guide and go to the 6:30 episode and press record on the remote, do you get prompted to "record as planned" or something very similar? If not, then the tivo doesn't think that is part of your season pass. If you do get that prompt, but it still doesn't record, the tivo doesn't know they are different episodes, see below.

More to consider:
-Do you have your season pass setup to only keep a few episodes at one time, or all of them?
-Are you almost out of space?
-Maybe the guide information is making the tivo think that they are the same episode, just replayed. If that is the case then the tivo won't record it because it thinks that it already has that episode recorded. If the tivo thinks that both episodes are Season 2, Episode 18 for example, then it won't get recorded a second time untill the first recorded episide is deleted.

If all else fails, setup two season passes, one for the 6pm, and one for the 6:30pm shows.

I had heard advertisements on the radio that PBS was adding channels and to rescan.  I rescanned the Tivo tonight and that seemed to take care of the problem.  Both Two and a Half Men recorded.
