Jim, Sean was very forthcoming when NBC was in error, is there a problem at CBS or are you experimenting again?

Actually, we traced this problem back to a coding within our master control automation system and our HDTV switcher.  The proper codes to switch between our NTSC up convert and HD from the network was not executed properly.  In essence, yes a switch was not thrown to switch to HD.  Our operational plan is to switch between network HD programming and local programming as well as switching between network HD commercials and our local breaks.  We developed an operational plan that allows us to switch in our local commercials (up convert) even during network programming. (if you see a HDTV network promo, you know that our switch did not happen if we are running commercials on the analog channel)

We hopefully have worked out most of the bugs, but just when you think you have it worked out another one pops up.  We still have some timing and frame sync issues to deal sort out, and you should see continued improvement in this area.

Maybe you can then contract out your services to Fox6.  I can see their signal on the spectrum analyzer but my Receiver has yet to determine there is a valid signal there.   All they seem to be doing is transmitting noise.....are you guys able to see if they have enough information in the air to create a picture/sound?
