I heard that WBBM was going to make some changes to allow better signal reception.

Has anyone had decent luck getting WBBM via OTA from the Kenosha or north area?

I'm from Kenosha and I've always had good recption from WBBM, 90-95%, until this weekend when I could not get it at all.

In north side of Racine I always get 60-70% strength with attic mounted antenna.  On cloudy days that sometimes jumps to 90%.

Hmmm. I have an attic mounted antenna and cannot get good Milwaukee signals.

Are you getting Chicago from an attic antenna since you live on the lake?

I am in Lake Geneva.

Have tried to pull it in here in Waterford without much success. I read some time ago that they were switching from VHF to UHF this year so hopefully that will or has happened..

I just have my antenna (A Phillips from wal-mart) hanging on a wall in my living room and all the chicago channels come in great. I have never had luck pulling in the Milwaukee channels for more than a couple of minutes before the picture breaks up and the dreaded "NO SIGNAL" comes on my screen. I have never been able to get cbs 58 at all.

WBBM is staying on VHF 12.  There was once talk of a translator on UHF 26, but that's just 15 kW and won't get up to you... Not to mention we've seen no signs of this translator being activated.  I would not be surprised if the translator app expires with no action.
