Uverse downtown milwaukee, faster TWC internet speed?

Will Uverse TV and internet ever be available near downtown Milwaukee apartments, like around State St. and N Jackson St. ?

Also will TWC ever increase there internet upload speeds. In north eastern Illinois Comcasts cable internet packages start at 3 Mbps up and go all the way up to 10 Mbps up with there extreme 50 service. Why are us time warner customers stuck with 1 Mbps upload max even uverse in milwaukee service areas gets 1.5 Mbps up.

There is a VRAD at Knapp and Van Buren, and another on Lyon next to the Pick N Save.  Probably others too, although I don't know which ones might serve your building.  

They may not offer service in specific apartment buildings due to known problems with the inside wiring.  Have you inquired with your building management?

Hmm, yeah both the address checker and when I chatted online with tech support said it was unavailable at my address, I was really interested in switching when i received my Time Warner cable bill that jumped $45 but I called and got it comparable to what I was paying before, maybe after another 12 months with time warner I'll try switching.
