WVTV HD now active on D*

As of last night WVTV HD channel 18 was active on Directv.  Not that I really watch anything in HD on that channel but I will take it.  

Would be nice if they would add PBS HD on D* one of these days.

There goes my last reason for an OTA antenna on the main DVR. I've been recording Smallville off-air, now I won't need to.

My neighbours are switching to Directv for HD now that CBS58HD and CW18HD are both on Directv, no antenna for the spouses to get mad at.:blush:
Their family watches several CW shows (like I do, too), so I saw the need to wait, but wait no more.

TWC has been waiting for some odd reason with its rollout of more HD channels and though they just put in two more, this family got tired of waiting and wanted a reason to switch, besides saving money on their payTV bills.
