The first thing I want to say, is that this service has been greatly improved on the Navigator boxes over the Passport system in terms of reliability.  However, today, Caller ID on TV was down for about 12 hours.

The other strange issue is that calls outside of the 414 area code are all bunched together on the screen and on the Received Calls List.  This makes them hard to read:  Here are two examples (for illustration only.)

A 414 area code call looks like this on screen and in the Received Calls List:

(414) 123-456

All calls outside the 414 area code include the area code and number, but are bunched together making them difficult to read, such as:

956123456  or

8125551212

Problem fixed.  Will report if it goes out again for an extended period of time.

I've had Caller ID on TV issues here in Lake Geneva for about 11 days.

Before 5/14/09, the numbers appeared as:

(262) 248-1234

Now (similar to Jack's experience) all 11 digits show without punctuation, like:

12622841234

As in Jack's experience, the numbers appear this way both on the caller ID screen & in the Received Callers list.

This is also causing operational issues with my phones, such as no longer being able to call back a number from the callers list, & not being able to call a number from the phones' "phone book".

We now have to dial 11 digits to call next door.
