Ch 10 phantom Data 2 signal being broadcast

As of May 14, 2009, Channel 10-1 is broadcasting a signal interpreted as channel 01-00 call letters Data 2.
My HDTV all of a sudden had a channel 1-0 on real channel 8. My CECB initially showed it as 001-00 Data 2, but placed it as channel 070-00 with call letters Data 2, on real channel 8.

No picture or sound on the channel.

I agree something is amiss.  I am getting MPTV on 8-1 now, 8 PM Friday, and 10-1 no longer exists in my Over the Air channel list.  I have a Samsung TV.

This problem was resolved a few days after being reported.
