Sync issues on TWC 505

Just wondering if anyone else is having lipsync issues with HD programming on TWC 505.

Watching football on sunday's it's really obvious as they do the studio shows and things like 60 Minutes, etc are just annoying to watch.

I'd think that it has something to do with using the toslink out to my receiver and using HDMI to the TV, but then it should be happening on every channel, and not just 505.

I had a tech come out who told me that it was an odd problem, but that the toslink isn't supported as an audio output. I was told to use the RCA outs, and I couldn't tell the difference between the audio.

So, does anyone have specifics on what outputs are supported for the dvr box, and/or suggestions on how to get this fixed?
