Nice article and very acurate I might add by one of our own.  Tim you did a fantastic job!  One of the first articles I have seen that is very informative, but simple enough for the average person.  It appeared on May 15th in the journal sentinal.

Thats the point something none technical that the majority can understand that is accurate.

This is an excellent article for the average person to read and understand.

There are also some other exceptions too for stations transitioning to digital, like Fox 55 in Wausau. They came on line late line the 90's and have some type of waiver allowing them to run longer then the Feb. 2009 date with analog, if I am not mistaken.
