I started watching this game in HD (I have D*) on 642-1....

Then it switched to the Phillies game on 642-1 (which is the FSN HD Channel).  How bizzare?

It appeared to be the FSN HD broadcast.  I'm kinda ****ed - watching the Crew in SD sucks.  And to top it off, ESPN is showing it in HD, but we D* is blacking out this broadcast.

Is anyone getting this game in HD?  How about you TWC customers?

I THINK this is a D* screwup, as the game started out in HD???/

The Brewers/Cubs game is still on in HD via TWC on FSN-HD, with ESPN being blacked out...

I was watching it in hd on directv but then it switched to the phillys game. This sucks. What is going on. The guide says its MLB extra innings when u press info button.

Mags

D* must have some channel switching issues going on ... possibly the new software update they sent today???

Mags

Anybody trying to watch this game on D* and have the same issue?

Or has everyone turned this game off after Suppan's great 1st inning?

mholtz2323

Called Directv and the lady said it was a multiswitch issue. Whatever that is.  New to Directv so i have no idea. Sending someone out to take care of it.

I was watching in HD on 642.1 when it switched to the Phillies game. I was ticked off for a while, but then Turnblow came in and I decided he was better in SD.

Wow, being a TWC sub actually was a good thing for me last night I guess.  No problem with Brewers in HD.  Now what happened at Wrigley, on the other hand, was indeed a problem :huh?:

I noticed that as well when I switched from 642 to 642-1 and got a commercial instead of the game.

On the plus side, my decision to not watch the game was a good one, as I spared myself from seeing the beatdown.

Similar thing happened Tuesday night, the screen went blank for awhile.  Wednesday night it switched to the Phillies game.  Some kind of DTV problem.  A rare case when  it's not TWC screwing up. :p

The Brewers won any HD games yet?

I tried to watch the rebroadcast on ESPN it was blacked out.

They beat the Cubs on Tuesday in HD

I don't know why the first two Cubs game would be in HD but todays game is not.  One game out of 3 in Houston will be in HD, the same in Florida.

It is in HD on WGN-HD Chicago. I set it to record;)
I'll know later if I will actually watch highlights or scrap it.
Yesterday Turnbow was back in HD on D*:rof: . They fixed the whatever problem they had. I wached it a little. Was thinking about wil he actually will finish the game. He didn't do it. That was it for him. Now the only way to get back into rotation is to hold in games Brewers will lose big, like yesterday.

We can't afford to have two pitchers who can only pitch during blowouts.  We already have McClung for that.

Turnbow will be placed on waivers very soon (he probably already has).  No team will claim him on waivers since they would have to pay the rest of this years salary ($3.2 million).  At that point we will send him to Nashville.  He can refuse and declare himself a free agent and sign with anyone but he would be giving up the $3.2 million and have to sign for whatever another team offers.  He won't do that.  He'll end up in Nashville.  Or we might just cut him and eat the rest of his salary.
