Glass half full or half empty?

CBS 58 has been broadcasting on the 1.3 channel.  It's the same programming as the 1.1 channel only in SD.  To Jim Hall I'm sure the glass is half full, but you have to be stealing something from the HD signal to do it, glass half empty.  It's nice to know your fine-tuning your signal to allow you to Multicast but at what expense to the HD signal.  If I can't see what's missing or don't know what's missing then is the glass still half full.  I don't think so, I receive HDNet so your signal is "glass half empty".
