Charter Cable QAM Numbers?

My new tv has a QAM tuner for in the clear digital cable.  Works fine, but it would be convenient to have the QAM channel numbers.   I'm looking for the HD version of 4,6,12 and 58.   West Bend area.  Called Charter - answer: "What's QAM?"  Anybody have the list?

The QAM channel numbers differ depending on what your particular HD tuner is in your TV and cable provider. There are some common themes in certain areas but I found it best (via posts from members here) that if you just have your TV search for all of the digital channels and then when it's done you pull your hair out looking for them.
