Toshiba 24" 480p w/DVD $70

Best Buy on 76th and Brown Deer had an unadvertised clearance of Toshiba 24" Flat Screen Tube TV's with built in DVD player for $70 yesterday.  I bought one.  They had about 4 left on the shelf when we left.  There are none on display.  The sales droid told us about it.  DVD only model, not the VHS and DVD one.

Not true HD, but great for a second room where our Dish Vip722 only puts out 480p anyhow!

It appeared to have a problem with sound over the RF port.  Analog (RF) inputs only.  The digital channels were OK.  The composite with stereo input didn't have this problem either.  I didn't try anything better since that room doesn't have it wired.  The problem is cut outs.  They are rendom, but some shows wer worse than others.

For what I want to use it for, this is a perfect TV in our bedroom.

Didn't try the DVD player.

We bought the rest of them (employees)...but yeah lately we've had some crazy price drops on things like this Boom Chair (gaming chair) that used to sell for $150 but yesterday dropped to $25...Not a bad gift for a younger kid I suppose?
