Recomend a 19-20" LCD for the bedroom

We're finally looking to *splurge* on a 2nd TV.  

Looking at getting something small for the bedroom.  720p is fine, would prefer 16:9.  Doesn't need a built-in DVD player.  Would prefer OTA capable, not necessary though.  Was looking to spend $300-350 new.  Less is great if the brand/model is trustworthy.

How about this one. Usually a highly rated 2ND tier TV maker. The people I know who have them are happy and they save you a few $$$ over the "Brand" names.
