My wife works at a local bank in Western Racine County and she said that a woman yesterday was telling her a story about the phone company laying some new cable, digging up her property and paying her some amount of money to do it.  Then it hit me.....UVerse?

It may be here sooner rather than later.  I can't wait to take my boxes to TWC and fire them!!

Not sure exactly where this woman lives but I would guess at least to Waterofrd/Rochester/Burlington.  Not sure how much further west than that.
