Upon further checking with "TS browser" channel 24,s HDTV is on channel 77 but does not include all the PSIP tables, only has the PMT tables and nothing else so no mapping information,  is available. You can only receive their signal with a tuner that can receive the raw video packets, and  doesn't depend on the PSIP, data for the search function.
