Problems with Madison's 3-1 ??

Wondering if anyone who receives Madison Locals has noticed anything with 3-1 CBS.  For a bout a month or better I get break ups about every 30 seconds or so.  Nothing in my setup changed, except maybe a new software update to my Dish 622 receiver which I would not think would change my off air stuff.  Also other Madison locals are fine.  In between break ups I get a signal strength reading of 100%, not sure what's up,anyone else having problems with it?  :bang:

There were some rumblings in the Madison AVS Forum about 3-1 and 3-2 and Dish receivers starting around this post...

The same thing seems to be happening to Dish users in the Milwaukee viewing area trying to get WISN 12-1. It has been going on now for almost 8 weeks.
