Issues With Twc Cablecard

I have the cable card with Time Warner. My TV is a JVC. The problems I encounter are : What I get is the cable card from time to time will not work. What I mean by does not work is that when turn on TV the digital and/or premium channels are not working. I have to then, turn off TV. Unplug TV wait a couple of minutes, and then plug set back in. This then "resets" the cable card. I have spoken to Time Warner numerous times, replaced the card several times, all with no results. This continues to be a problem. Does anyone else experience anything similar? Any suggestions..short of another box, I already have a box on my other HD set so no need to pay for two of them.

That happened to me twice on my Sony TV.  It could just be incompatibilities with your TV and the service.  Maybe see if there's a firmware upgrade for your TV that JVC could come out and do.  That's the only thing I can think of.
