Whats the problem

I have Dish Network and have out antenna hooked up to the reciever as well for local HD channels.  I have a 42" Sharp Aquos TV with HDMI cable hooked up as well.  The issue I'm having is when I'm watching local HD channels it seems to lag or picture goes out and then comes back on.  What can I do to make this stop, when I change the channel the signal says its a 87 but lags or sometimes goes out.  Not sure what to do?  Any suggestions from the pro's!

Need a little more information to take a stab.  What sort of antenna did they hook up and what is your location?

I hooked up my antenna that is in the attic.  There is also two dishes on the roof as well that dish network hooked up.  My location 110th and Hampton
