How does this model compare to the other Harmony remotes? I know absolutely nothing about any of them.

All Harmonys function the same. The diffrences between models are just button layout/ type , aesthetics,  & what extra bells and whistles you get.   Higher end models add features like recharge dock, rf ability, color lcd....
