I have a client living in Glen Ellyn, IL and channel 2-1 (CBS 3 DT), pixelates for a second every 20 seconds.  Signal strength is in the mid 70's and it occurs on both HD units which are dual tuner Tivos.  Any clues?

If it is exactly every 20 seconds, a tool or other charger is very highly suspect.
I know someone in Glen Ellyn with a VU-120 antenna in his attic, no problems.
Cordless drill chargers are notorious for that sort of thing.
