I'm not sure if this is technically a HDTV question, but was wondering what was going on with the channels on Time Warner starting at 1900. Some you can view, others you can't with no apparent reason.

I believe those are the special Family package... it's designed as a part of the cable industry attempt to placate the FCC and the various family television groups. Each of those stations is chosen for their "family friendliness."

I wonder why some are viewable and others are not tho. It seems like you have to subscribe to some, eventho their equivalent HGTV for example is clear on a lower channel.
