Looking for AFFORDABLE OTA HD receiver recommendation

Hey all, hope you guys can help...

I've got an HDTV, sans HD tuner, and I receive most of my HD programming via TWC. Still, there are times I may want to go OTA - either the cable goes out, or I want to watch 18/24, or some of the subchannels that aren't offered on TWC.

Since I receive most of the channels via TWC, I'm not looking to spend a lot. I'm looking for a recommendation for a receiver that still works reasonably well - but is as affordable as possible. Ideally, it would have HDMI or DVI with HDCP, but I'm not attached to this. What I definitely do NOT need is on-screen TV listings... I've got a computer with an internet connection that can give me that. :)

Oh - and the signal source will likely be an indoor antenna located in the New Berlin area, so it should have a reasonable chance of picking up signal from that.

Any suggestions? Any particular model I should keep an eye out for on eBay or such? I understand the old Voom receivers should be able to receive OTA - that a good idea or bad, if I were to get one of those for cheap?

Oh, and if anyone has one they'd be willing to part with, feel free to contact me. :)

A VOOM receiver would probably be the cheapest available.  You can get them on ebay.. make sure it's activated though, otherwise you can't watch anything with it.  Other than that I think Walmart might have a $100 receiver... not sure if there's anything cheaper out there.
