Annoying Audio Artifact Repeating During Survivor on CBS58

First we had shaky signal breakups, now on OTA and Cable I'm hearing a repeated hissing/rattling on Survivor. Not to mention the crapcast is at 12Mbps and no Dolby.

Wow, I was wondering if I was the only one experiencing this problem.  I've noticed it during Survivor repeatedly, at least since last season.  It almost sounds like an artificial rattlesnake sound added to the soundtrack.  At first that's what I thought it was, but it's also plainly heard during the commercials.

I've never heard it through any of the other CBS shows we watch, just Survivor.  Weird, buy extremely annoying.

I've been noticing this on almost every non-5.1 show since they added the 5.1. In fact I believe I mentioned it in another thread somewhere but nobody responded to it.

Problem not solved!!!!!!!!!! Another reason why the switch should always be flipped to CBS national upconvert!!
