The first commercial break came too early - before the show was over.  When they came back to the program, it was SD only, and switched to HD after a minute or too.

SD for last Conan Segment 3/2.

SD for start of last Conan segment tonight 3/3 and late switch on Las Vegas tie in intro as well.
