Why is the Wiz showing G-Rated Kid's cartoons at 2AM??

They're running "Kim Possible" at 2AM. Is this new or am I missing something? Bizarre.

I noticed that also this morning... must just be filler because I can't believe kids would get up that early (or stay up that late) to watch TV.
