Proposed 2,000 Foot Tower for Chicago

There was an article in the Chicago Tribune that Chicago might build a 2,000 foot Broadcast Tower for all its broadcast TV stations.  I would think it would become easier for us to receive the Chicago DTV stations.  Thou chances are they will probably lower their power when they raise the antenna.
