Are the black bars that are displayed on TWC's HD channels when showing standard def programming coming from the feed from TWC or are they being displayed because of the SA3100HD?

Do any of the OTA HD Receivers allow you to stretch these screens and remove the black bars when viewing stardard def programming on an HD channel?

Your stuck with the black bars with SD programs unless your tv allows stretch modes in 480p. My Toshiba 50H81 doesn't.
But luckily my Samsung OTA tuner does.
The stretch mode looks pretty good in 480p with the Samsung Sir t151.
Zenith and Panasonic are also do to release OTA tuners with stretch capabilities and good features around the same price range of the Samsung.

Thanks for the info!  Anyone know if TWC's rumored next generation HD set top box, with recording capabilities, is going to allow stretching the SD stuff?  It would make sense.
