Quote from: Joseph SAnother rash of TWC only dropouts which started at 12:09 left in 3rd.

Checked the OTA PVR at same time frame and there were no issues OTA.

Clear-QAM, Cable card, HD box or DVR?

Joseph S

OTA and Cable box (3250HD w/ Firewire)

So am I to assume this is the way they plan to solve the prolonged audio dropouts OTA???

Welcome to the hall of shame WISN once again. During sweeps week, no less. Off to the Amazing Race I go... Not even a warning.. it's nothing but a damn "rain watch."

I did not notice any audio dropouts tonight during Lost.

Me neither. I was really worried it was going to be in SD with a wind "watch" banner. Luckily they didn't.

As you have probably noticed, we have gotten to the bottom of our audio difficulties.  I notice that some who receive TWC still have issues, but those watching OTA will hopefully notice a significant reduction in audio 'hits'.

I thank you for you patience...
Regards.

much better. now if you guys could figure out how to stop crying wolf over the weather and get rid of that graphic over 1/3 of the screen that drops everything to SD.

Yes, thankyou!  I came here to post that I had not noticed the audio glitches for the last week or so, and so I was assuming something was fixed.

So, I am curious, what was the fix??

Once again, thank you.
