TW has started the HBO HD preview on ch 508.  Channels 311 to 324 are in free preview also.

Dish network has the same preview on.  SD channels 300 to 305, 307 & 309 are available.  I'm also getting several Showtime and TMC channels as well.  I don't have an HD rx for Dish, so not sure if HBO HD included.

My Directv receiver does not have the preview running.  They often require the Total Choice or higher level package to get free previews, which I don't have.
