Network HD in Sheboygan on Directv

Does anyone know if any of the networks HD feeds  (ABC, CBS, NBC, FOX) are available as a distant feed directly from the networks, with Directv in Sheboygan? Or do you need a waiver from the Milwaukee stations?

I dont think D* will do the waiver thing here. You should be able to get most of the Milwaukee and G.B with an OTA Antennna.

I did get a phone call today from Charter. Well it was an automated message that said they were going to offer HDTV along with DVR service in the near future. They said to "watch the mailbox," for a flyer.  No price yet though.
