Does anyone know if any of the games on the Extra Innings package are in HD?

Also, I am a transplanted Chicagoan in Slinger, Wisconsin which is 25 miles northeast of Milwaukee.  Wondering if there is any way I can get the Bears games, HD or not. I chose Charter cable as my provider, as Timer Warner doesn't service here. I plan to switch to Direct Tv once they carry Milwaukee locals in HD, but I'm going with Charter until then so I don't have to put up an off-air antenna until Direct Tv carries HD locals. Charter doesn't carry the Sunday ticket, only direct tv. Some of the games are televised up here, but i don't always want to go to a bar or something when they're not televised.

also, i'm new to the forum. I think V* is voom, D* is direct tv. what is E*?

thanks/

I would get rid of the cable & get D now..........Put up a roof antenna with a roter, as the locals in HD may be a long way off..........Gives you the best of both worlds

There's a zero percent chance that MLB EI will have HD games. InHD, InHD2, FSHD, and ESPNHD are the only games we'll get for sure. Nobody knows what will come from team 480p upconverts at Fox on a weekly basis? If we get ESPN2HD...

E* is Echostar, DISH network.  Get D* if you want to watch Sunday Ticket, no other alternative.  Does Charter have a limited basic that gives you mainly locals?  That would be a great option.

It sounds as if you subscribe to satellite's EI package you will get the YES/NESN/FSN/FillintheBlank HD feeds un-blocked if game is shown on EI, though no official confirmation yet. Of course with TWC you will not get any such HD coverage. EI itself will not have any HD games.
