X-miter power?

It has finally occured to me that we all have been spending time and money thrashing around on antennas for OTA HDTV and a REAL basic question is - what is the ERP of the transmitters we are attempting to coax in?
      I would assume that this is on file somewhere (FCC?) and is public record - even if the the Effective Radiated Power isn't known - at least the size of the transmitters should be?
    Anybody know where this might be on file??
