Switching Failures:
1/21/05 - CSI - 9:32 - During Programming out of commercial break

2/24/05 - CSI - 8:00 - During Programming - The Green Overlay "crapola" is back again multiple times during CSI. CSI is also listed as shown in DD 5.1, but WDJT obviously is still missing the equipment.

3/8/05 - Amazing Race - 8:00 - During programming - Switch not flipped instead we get NTSC feed with garbage at the top.

3/10/05 - Survivor - 8:00 - During programming - Switch not flipped instead we get
NTSC feed with garbage at the top.

6/4/05 - Without a Trace - 8:00 - Failed to flip switch for entire program.

Equipment Failure:
4/7/05
8:00 - CSI - "Loss of input signal" displayed via TWC Cable and QAM receiver. Missed first minute of CSI. Didn't check OTA fast enough.

I saw that.  There was a storm warning insert showing after the break, and the digital feed was in SD.  Could it be that their equipment doesn't permit such inserts in HD yet?  A few minutes later the pix was back in HD, with no inserts.

Flip the switch. We can tell the difference between local NTSC garbage and ATSC national feed.

"Loss of Input Signal" message on TWC and TWC QAM prior to CSI. Also didn't flip for ATSC Survivor.

Failed to flip switch for Without a Trace completely. Don't know about preceding show.
