Does anyone know of any deals on the HD-DVR for Directv.  I refuse to pay anywhere near $1,000.00 for this.

I read the comments on the TIVO forum and ordered one from  VALUE ELECTRONICS with free shipping, a 5-year warranty, double boxing & a free t-shirt  for $850.00!  Then  I called D* & after going thru several people finally got  $310.00 in credits .  So my final cost is around $540.00.
