NBC and TNT will televise their entire portion of the 2005 Nascar schedule in high definition.

The NBC/TNT portion will begin during the weekend of July 1 and 2. Both the Saturday Nascar Bush Series and the Sunday Nascar Nextel Cup Series races will air in HD.

 
NBC this season aired the Dayton 500 in HD. TNT also aired one race.
