You misunderstood...all those HD premiums were just listings, as if you had SD subscriptions to them all (like Total Choice with the 4 premiums added for $41) and Directv actually HAD the Cinemax HD and Starz!HD channels for 4 HD premiums to make the count up for total HD channel availablity.  
No way would your suggestion work and I wasn't going there.

If Directv could just add Cinemax HD and Starz! HD along with TNT-HD on its transponders as NFL ST HD ends, it would be better for all HD subs with movie packages or that Total Choice Premier Package, which gives you all movie premiums and free Tivo service.:cool:

TNT HD is not as bad as everyone says, now that the nba has started, all the games are in HD, unlike espnHD.Also had alot of nascar too.I cant complain,And the movies in HD are 10x's better than sd.

Still not all their movies are in HD.

I was watching Snatch the other night and it looked pretty bad... murky picture and I saw interlacing quite a bit... probably since they were upconverting that from video.

Current rumor is that Directv will have TNT-HD on the week of November 7th with a 8th or 10th date for launch on Channel 75.

There was something with redoing a contract now that the NBA HD cameras are rolling (?)...

Just thought I'd pass it along.

As for TNT-HD, I am very happy with it and glad TWC has it.

Now, TWC, Bravo HD+, please...

Directv subscribers have to wait again as the 15th date (per rumor) has passed....now.
Rumors are running full-time on other boards and it now becomes a wait-and-see for Directv HD package subscribers...good luck!:wave:

don't care.. with UniversalHD in 2 weeks TNT-HD has become a non-issue for me...

UniversalHD programming should start showing up in 14 day APG's within the next two days (my Tivo is up to 11/29 right now).

The rest of us with TWC (and DishNetwork) will be excited for you and depressed for us....thanks in advance!:D

I am looking forward to Sci-Fi in HD from this channel in particular and can imagine others in the forum are, too.
