HD Target commecial on WB-HD??

Just wondering if anyone can confirm, but it looked like Target ran an HD commercial on WB18 last night... It was during their problems so there wasn't any sound, but the commercial immediately before and immediately after were sideboxed, but the target commercial was fullscreen... just wondering if anyone else noticed that.

Yep, I saw that.  I have seen it before on another network too.  It does grab your attention with the lack of sidebars.  Hopefully other advertisers will follow suit.

Do you think it is real HD or just stretch SD like the do on TNT commercials?

the commercial was not stretched. The Target logo was a circle, not squashed oval.

The Tivo isn't hooked up to the network right now(damn XBox.. really need a switch at the home theater now) but I will hook it up tonight and pull some grabs from the commercial.

It might be widescreen standard definition.
