Given that DirecTV has now announced that they will be carrying BravoHD+ this thread over at AVS looks interesting.

AVS Thread

Looks like NBC is trying to expand content on BravoHD by bringing across original HD content from USA and SciFi - two networks which are yet to go digital.

This means that there is a good chance that Stargate Atlantis and Monk will sone be available in HD.

Well it wasn't posted on the news forum at the time so figured that it hadn't been posted here...

What can I say?  I was on vacation so my brain was a bit slow..

Upon visiting the local Circuit City, which is almost across the street from the local Time Warner Cable office in Racine, I was shopping and looked around for HD delivery signs to assist the consumer, to see what they had for the HDTV set buyer who does not read our forum.:)

In addition to the Directv equipment racks on the opposite side or the aisle, was a setup for Time Warner Cable which had a complete display selling the HD potential of TWC HD Channels.
Looking for the ESPN-HD logo among the HBO, Discovery HD, etc., I found (of course) nothing of ESPN-HD, but the Bravo HD+ logo was among the rest of what IS offered in the TWC system everywhere including SE Wisconsin.

So I asked around and no one there knew anything about it.
Then I called TWC and asked for information and no one wanted to volunteer anything.  I know the signage had a disclaimer on it saying it depended on you local operator, but nowhere in the entire TWC system (I checked for myself) is there Bravo HD+ as an HD channel offering...
UNLESS THERE WILL BE!:D

If Bravo HD+ becomes the HD channel for USA and Sci-Fi, then that eliminates the need for a digital delivery for these channels from the cable company. ;)

Bring it on-too bad mhz40 cannot tell us why Circuit City's signage would be in error as the sign looked as if was designed and delivered from TWC to begin with and delivered to the store as if Bravo HD+ is coming soon.:(
