I also answered the poll saying that I could get the signal before really trying to watch a show.  I finally found something that I was going to check out and it turned out to be unwatchable because of the signal breakups.  Very disappointing I must say.  I have been waiting for years for them to get a usable signal up and it seems that they still haven't got it.

720p

Couldn't get it before, can now.

Signal strength is 45% but not at all steady with rooftop antenna on my home in Tosa 53226 (116th & Watertown Plank Rd).  Audio and video are coming in perfectly - no dropouts of any kind.

digdugm

Couldn't, now I can.

Pulling in a 44-53% with a MyHD pc card and a rs vu-150 at 30'.

It takes alot of rotor tweaking to get a solid signal (still get an occasional breaks but very watchable). For some reason I'm not getting anything from 46.1 but that might my se-up I gotta mess with it later.

I'm a couldn't, but now can with Silver Sensor Indoor currently.

Signal varies widely from 60s to 70s on HiPix and MyHD and is "Positional" just like CBS. The other stations vary little with antenna position. i.e. It better aim here or you get nothing.

For comparison:
NBC - perfect 100,
PBS (36) - another perfect 100
PAX - 90s
ABC - high 80s
CBS - 60s (POSITIONAL)
PBS (10/VHF) - negligible
Sinclair (18/24) - negligible

Couldn't get it before, and can't get it now.  Have a fairly large antenna on the roof pointing right at the antenna farm and still can't get it.  :(

I need a little help - I'm somewhat of a newbie... I have a Zenith HD-SAT520 HD box that picks up over the air... it has 6-1 mapped for months now in the box (which is Fox digital I assume)... do I have to make any adjustments, other than turning to the channel to see if it is there?  Specifically, do I have to rescan the stations for it to recognize it?  Or will it automatically pull in the channel in that location?

Tom Snyder

Either re-scan or go directly to channel 33... it should pick it up and update your listing.

Chimney - mounted Radioshack 6' VHF/UHF (basic, old-fashioned antenna), no amp.

All other locals 85-100% on a Dish 6000, Fox is at 70-75%. Watchable with very few breakups.

I kinda thought that might happen ...

Couldn't get it, still can't.    53021

Nothing before, nothing last week, nothing now.

Zip 53170 (SW Kenosha cty)

Funny thing is WITI6 is the best reception out here on analog.

May put up a different antenna and try again... good excuse to upgrade... or VOOM it... I dunno :(

Equipment malfunction will keep them off the air till it gets replaced. They'll be working on it over the weekend, but it may not be up again for a few day.

I live in the very SE corner of New Berlin.  Samsung SIR-T151 tuner and Jensen TV940 programmable indoor antenna.  Fox is still the only Milwaukee signal I can't pull in, though my signal strength indicator is now "blipping" for 33-1 (6-1) when I rotate the antenna just so.  And the tuner must have locked in on the signal for a few seconds because 6-1 is now stored in the tuner's memory.

borghe

this could be a bad time to check for a signal as they are down right now..

bubbaridesfast

I have never been able to receive WITI digital signals before and I still cant'.
Winegard rooftop antennea at 64th & Coldspring Rd. in Greenfield, zip is 53220.

I also have never received 18-1. I get every other local OTA no problem except 58-1 sometimes pixellates.

I sure hope Ch. 6 ups the power in the future.
