Around the time of the Superbowl this year I made an attempt to improve CBS reception with an indoor tripod mounted Channel Master 4228. It wasn't much of a success so it's now for sale.

Prices:
1) Winegard AP-8275 Preamp - $50 (can mail USPS Priority for $5.30)
2) Channelmaster 4228A 8-Bay UHF antenna - $25 (Arrived partially bent at one corner, not sure how important this is. Retail $50) (Pickup or delivery only)
3) Tripod and 3 foot mast - $10 (Pickup or delivery only)

1) Winegard Chromstar 2000 Antenna
AP-8275 VHF/UHF Pre-amplifier

Features 75 or 300 ohm input for convenience and easier installation. Universal housing can be used with any off-air TV antenna. Made of high impact ABS material, mast mounted for easy installation. Flexible polyethylene boot covers on 75 ohm; hinged cover on 300 ohm models keep connections clean, dry, weather-protected. Zinc-plated steel hardware; all mounting hardware included.

Selectable FM trap reduces FM signals (88-108 MHz) -15 dB to prevent overload, tunable FM trap reduces a 3 MHz band width by -12 dB. Both adjustable — switchable without opening the housing.

Transistor burn-out virtually eliminated with specialized circuitry featuring fast recovery diode that protects against lightning-caused pulses. Operating temperatures -40° to +140° F. 117 VAC UL and CSA approved power supply is included. (Does not include F-connectors.)
