I see that both Alias and the The Practice are scheduled for 12:30AM and 1:30AM on 12/8.

Please either record them and show HD at that later time or give us the pass through at 8 and 9PM. Perhaps the West Coast HD feeds of the shows are an option as well.

I really hope that that reply was tongue-in-cheek. I spent all of $400 for my DVR. Oh, you might need a $600 computer.....

I guess one could argue that it wouldn't be broadcast quality!? Wait, it's digital, The same argument applied to us by Hollywood actually works in reverse here... Any half-knowledgeable person with a couple of bucks can be a pirate. Ergo, any half-knowledgeable person with a couple of bucks can be a digital re-broadcaster.

I may not have the $60,000 but I do have the $400 HiPix that would easily do the job. I would think though that Hearst Argyle has more than enough for it. I've seen the sweet WCVB portable studio and they don't spare many expenses.

However, I'll be switching over to HBO HD for now. Why anyone would watch WISN over ESPN is beyond me. They're still running that pompous logo that just had the score as

Packers "12"

How long will it take before other people start complaining about that one.
