CC on TWC new HD channels

Is anyone getting Close Captioning on the new HD channels or HBO on TWC?

Not sure if it is my TV feed or not.

I have a Toshiba 50HDX82

I'm not getting any close caption on these channels either.

I'm not sure if HDTV is capable of CC, at least in the way that we know it.  Of course I am probably wrong, but I draw my assumption from the comment, that every time a film starts on HBO, it states at the bottom of the screen "CC not available on HBO HD".

I get CC on HBO-HD on Directv....just checked it with the Wedding Planner and works fine...now back to the Packers.
