Ridgefield Park, NJ – Samsung Electronics has cut the prices on its seven-model DLP rear-projection HDTV lineup, the company announced.

Samsung said it has reduced the price of each model by $500, starting with its entry HLN4365W, which now carries a $3,199.99 suggested retail price.

The line offers rear projection HDTV monitors in screen sizes ranging from 43W- to 61W- inches. In addition to the 43W-inch model, the 50W-inch HLN5065W now carries a $3,699 suggested retail, and the 61W-inch HLN617W is now priced at $4,699.

All models include Faroudja's patented auto-sensing 3:2 pull down system, and Samsung's proprietary DNIe (Digital Natural Image engine) video processing circuitry and a thin-bezel cabinet design.
