Milwaukee 12-1 Problems...

Does 12-1 turn their signal off at times. It seems like there are days I can receive it and other times when I cannot. I am in Wauwatosa and this is the only channel I have problems with.

I don't think they turn off their signal.  55-1 does late at night.  Maybe their signal is too strong for your setup at times due to weather or something?  Perhaps your antenna is not aimed properly for that station?  Hard to say.
