WVCY-DTs Audio

Can anybody tell me why WVCY-DT has all their audio coming out of the Right speaker and nothing coming out of the Left?

I realize that they don't broadcast in stereo at all.  You would think they could add one of those Radio shack Y-connectors and connect the audio in both L & R audio input jacks rather then just the R input jack alone.

Or is it just me that is receiving their audio in this way?
