Stuck expanded picture

I live in Fond du Lac and wondering if anyone can recieve WLUK digital signal out of Green Bay.  I own a Hitachi 51s700 which I purchased a couple months ago and able to recieve all the other Green Bay channel and 4,12,36 and the Pax channels out of Milwaukee fine.  
   I believe there is a problem with the tv and have been recieving over the phone help and software upgrade from Hitachi. Originally the audio and data worked fine for this channel but I wasn't able to see any picture.  Hitachi sent me a software upgrade that solved the problem of seeing the video but now there is another problem.  The picture is stuck in an expaned 4:3 mode. I can scroll through all the 4:3 modes but the picture stays in one of the expanded modes. WLUK says they are transmitting a 480i signal.

It is possible that WLUK is sending 480i but their DTV encoder may have it locked into a mode that you cannot change.  I think you should wait to hear from someone else that can receive them OTA for a definitive answer.
