Any one else from the Great White North?

I made the move to Oshkosh last May, and just finnally got around to putting an antenna up on the roof last week for the packer games.

I can pull in everything from Green Bay and Appleton just fine, (100%) except for NBC out of Green Bay.  

Does any one know if it is because they aren't putting out a good signal, or could it be my $15.00 quad-bowtie fleet farm antenna?  

The best I get from them is about a 40 on my E86, and that is unwatchable.

You'll see that the NBC affiliate in Green Bay has the weakest digital signal of any of them. Don't know what their power level is, but it requires a beefier antenna than the rest of 'em

I dind't put two and two together that they listed them in the strength of the signal.
