New UPN Channel in Rockford, IL ?

Anybody notice WTVO CH 17 in Rockford has a new virtual channel testing with color bars & an I.D. slide reading ' UPN 16 RCKFD, IL'  on RF Channel 16?

They have the usual ABC feed on 17-1.

Must be similar to Madison's WISC (CBS) running 'UPN 14' on 3-2 in addition to CBS on 3-1.   'UPN 14' only exists on digital there, but comes in handy to watch Star Trek when WCGV in Milw. knocks it off for sports.

Good signal strength in Dodge County on WTVO's digital signal from Rockford, due to enhanced conditions.
