I am looking for a DVI cable to connect to a TWC pioneer box.  Anyone have advice on where to get one, what is a good price, what brand?  I've been looking around and have seen them up to the $100 range.  Is it really worth it?  I've also seen cable2go.com suggested in these forums.   The prices seem much more reasonable, but is the quality much lower?  Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Thanks!

For now, I 'd save your money.  I already have a DVI cable w/ the new Pioneer box from TWC, and was told that TWC is still awaiting "copyright certification" on the DVI output from the Pioneer box.  As a result of this, the DVI output from your box should be disabled.

I have one of the first Pioneer boxes TW had. I ordered a DVI cable from cables to go and have been using it without a problem ever since. I feel the pictue quality is much better using the DVI.

You got some bad info.  The port is active, but there is a driver issue affecting the Sammy HLN's and maybe other sets as well that Pioneer engineeers are working to correct.

Thanks for the info guys.  $20 for a 2m at cables2go isn't too bad.   Can't wait to get it....

I just bought a TV and it actually included a RGB and DVI cable.
